Directorate Change

Mike Nash, a Non-Executive Director of Avid Holdings plc, has decided to step down with immediate effect having completed his contract.  The Board would like to thank Mike for his valued contribution and wish him well for the future.

The Board have no immeditae plans to appoint another Non-Executive Director.
